Bring your best fish and hushpuppy recipe for the first annual Fish Fry Competition! Teams composed of First Responders throughout the Upper Cumberland will be frying their best fish for a chance to win the coveted Upper Cumberland Fish Fry Master Award, not to mention bragging rights for a whole year! There will be a panel of celebrity judges made up of local dignitaries, but the public will cast the ultimate vote for the best fish frying team! It'll be a night of good bluegrass music, a silent auction, and delicious food. All proceeds will go to benefit the Genesis House. There is no entry fee for teams interested in competing; we just ask that each team bring enough ingredients to feed at least 15 indiviuals. (A meal consists of three pieces of fish and 2 hushpuppies or other side) Please contact us @ 931-525-1637 for more information!
